This sounds very unrealistic. If you are diabetic, then you must quit sugar but perhaps have sugar free versions a little bit. Deprivation is a hard pill to swallow. I had major hypoglycemic reactions and many symptoms due to all the sugar I was eating. I do deal with deprivation.

I am going to print this blog story off so that I can read it again and again. On and off again. Weight goes up and down. For years now, I have been slowly trying to face a life of feeling left out at special occasions.
